Windows 7 Aero Blur Tweaker is a free tiny portable tool that allows you to hide/show aero blur in Windows 7 with one click.
How to hide blur:
1. Run the tool.
2. Click on Hide Blur.
3. Now the blur will be hidden in all the windows.
